GOM grew from a question that has stayed with me for years: How can we improve health and performance in a natural and sustainable way?
Shaped by performance-oriented sport and my studies in holistic health sciences, I’m fascinated by the new possibilities that emerge when biohacking, longevity, performance science and positive psychology come together — and how they can help us tap into more of our potential.

THE APPROACH
To turn insight into something people can actually use, I stay close to where new ideas emerge — at summits, events and in conversations with experts. I examine the science behind them, test promising approaches firsthand and refine the most relevant ones together with athletes.
